My Garmin Zumo GPS is laying in the corner just waiting for a Touratech mount to fit it to my F650GS. Problem is I'm scratching my head trying to figure out where to source one.
Anyone else ordered from Touratech for delivery here in NZ?
I'd rather give the markup $$$ to a local company than order from overseas, if possible....gotta keep the local businesses going, eh?
Here's the bit I want: http://www.touratech-usa.com/shop/show.lasso?SKU=065-0141&-session=touratech:7DED2B811b52327CCAutJ246EFF4

you could try emailing sales@motorcyclespares.co.nz - I've been happy with the prices I've got from him.

This blog is probably dead by now, but I have sent two information request e-mails to Touratech Oz, and they haven't bothered replying to either. I have just now ordered from Touratech Germany instead. I assume Touratech Oz aren't interested in sales.

That's been a very common complaint, to the frustration of Aussie buyers as TT Germany will no longer sell direct in to Aussie.

I've bought emailing ot info@touratech.com.au with success and more than once, otherwise u can call to 03 5729 5529. My problem with ordering from Germany is that shipping was very expensive whereas from OZ u can sometimes use standard email ... it all depends on the cost of the part i guess

I've just ordered from Germany in the past.
They've been really fast at getting the parts to me and have responded to all my emails within a day.
But as Pampa said, you pay a lot for the shipping.
You could also try emailing Tony at KiwiGPS (http://www.finda.co.nz/business/listing/3xc/kiwigps/) and see if he has a mount.
I bought my Garmin 60CSX of him + bracket and he was very helpful.

I've just ordered everything I want from Gernmany directly, and they are really fast. They replied to my email immediately, and the goods are now on their way, two days after placing the order. I did eventually hear from Oz after chasing, but they had to go back to Germany to get the prices, and then order the goods from Germany themselves. I felt I may as well go direct to Germany myself, and yes, postage is reasonably expensive, but at least I get the goods.

An update for those thinking of ordering Touratech goods directly from the company in Germany - the goods arrived at my door from Germany 18 days from the date of ordering. My contact there was Tanja Ceschan (sales rep).
