A bit of rain tomorrow will do it good, it hasn't rained all week so it should help to keep the dust down.

Are all the KBers going to have a place to set up together?
Guess we won't be there early as organising the 4 kids, gear and bikes is a nightmare.
Is there a kids loop scott?
Never went last year but really looking forward to it. :2thumbsupI heard there's a big bog that catches everyone out is that in this year scott?

We are up at 7am, load up leave Howick at 8am. Wont get a good pit spot but I don't want to get my young fella up any earlier. To big of a day 4 him with school next day. We should still be ok for a 10am start as the bikes are gased and ready.
Look for a grey Mazda proceed ute, Cr250 and a KX85. I have one of the old KB logos in the back window.
Cya All there!!

i'll give ya a toot on the phone in the morning. I'm Using blackbuell's (fellow KBer who knows Oldguy pretty well) trailer. he's just built a 4.5mx2.0m trailer so his quads and my five bikes can all fit on.
He's coming round my house 'bout 7ish. So we could all convey down. :done:
I can talk to you 'bout T shirts as well. Looking to get a few more for the kids- stocking fillers and all that.

Cheese/Booom or somebody said you can get cheap fire extinghuishers ( needed for next Mr motorcycles ride) somewhere on Pakauranga Road. Anybody got more details said there about $24.00 including the holding frame?
By the way cheese if you're reading this thanks for the tip on that endurance computer thingy. Fitted the vapour one today so can show it off tomorrow.

Thoroughly enjoyed the ride today, good to catch up with the A&R mob (nice family you've got there Andy). Was going to force myself to do a fifth lap, but punctured near the end of the fourth.. :crybaby: Probably just as well, as bloody tired now.....84 miles.. not bad for an old guy.... :apint::apint::apint: Will post a few pix of the one muddy bit later, have a bike to clean and a puncture to fix (was going to turn the rear tire around after today anyway.....

Hey Scott great ride topped off with wicked weather, the kids track was a big improvement but was abit too much for the really small kids, do you think next time can we get a small loop for kids also, the three boys that were with us struggle to get enough horsepowerrrr out there PW50's to get up the hills.

We had a great time thanks scott. fast track but lovely weather and views.
Thanks for sorting my girl out with the injured knee. I had a laugh as I went back to get the bike courtesy of blackbuell on mad quad! seen bike in distance from road. when i got up to the hill it had gone:bash: walked back to road by now sweating like a pig:angry::angry2: and one of the nice ladies gave me a lift back only to see wife coming in other direction!!!!:bye: anyway all managed to meet up in the end but only managed two laps after all that!!! also one the young kid broke his chain 100yds into first lap:innocent:so after nearly getting run over a few times he found it. thanks for the link Mike I owe ya one. and the trailer lift:clap:
So an eventful day!!!
see ya at paparimu!

Thanks clmintie. Do you have that pic of us all by our bikes? sounds like u had a good time too. See ya at ardmore or maybe KB christmas do at kimmies on sunday?

It was good, wasn't it.... :niceone:
I'm aiming to be at Ardmore this Wed, but only with camera. Working at a Hospital with nowhere to park trailer safely... :(
Grace and I will be at Kimmy's on Sunday, be interesting to see if there's somewhere she can have a play. $30 for a CRF100/12yr old who is just starting out, is a bit steep, even if she is a girl,( and therefore worth more.. :innocent: )
Although, I can't help thinking it's better value than a lot of things parents have to shell out for.... "I'm only going because my daughter wants to, honestly dear.."

thanks for the pic bit of greeen for you.
ya my daughters can keep your girl company they range from reasonably good - oldest on crf230 to just about staying upright - youngets girl on crf70 guess kimmies will be expensive for me then!!!! 5 of us. hope the whether holds out.

Big Thanks Scott, Mr Motorcycles, and all involved in the setup and running of the event, was a fantastic day.
As A&R said great weather and views, nice to meet you Andy, with your family, their must have been at least 12 or more in our little corner.
The little fella had a ball, at times I had to. crank it along to catch up to him, he had that KLX110 flying in places.
I was giving him instruction on how to get up one of the hills, the one with the right turn were alot of rides were stop on the turn, when it cleared up a bit I took off up and around, court up to 4 wheeler half way up as i went to go round him he moved across my line so I had to stop, being Im short I was straggling to keep the bike up and not fall over.
Just got the bike to one side out of the way, so I could remount and get going again when the fella rides right passed me, showing me how its done.

Hey A&R and Climntie, I'm sure that they will let your 100's pass as a 85. Just have a chat to the lady when you pay.
