When myself and two other KBers cruised up to harass Mr Biggles08 in hospital last weekend,he pointed out that he'd seen an article in Bike Rider magazine written by Annette(Unit).
Obviously I thought he was high on morphine or had popped a stitch!
He was right though, the cheeky woman thought she'd surprise me...she did!

Someone oughta make some orange tinted glasses/visors with "See the world in KTM colours" printed on the side. Cheaper than buying all that bling ;)

Which begs an important question to be asked.
Do KTM riders ever feel the need to wear a fluro vest?

First of all thank you all for the response. This is the first time I have ever been published, and I sorta just sent it in cause we are one of the few who have the 07 Super Duke-R in our garage, and I figured it was important to share (no ego involved just want ta put back into motorcycling). Certainly didnt expect to see it in print. I was also pleased to see the editors summary mentioned the Cheese Cutter issue and asked everyone to rally their support, good Stuff BRM. Guess we have to subscribe now
Chur, too good eh bro? Your missus be giving you the learn with the letters!

Aloof and standoffish as us Tiger riders are, I have to admit that your bike stable is inhabited by a pair of fine beasts!
(Standoffish is a feline characteristic, you understand.)
Haven't seen a pic of Mrs Unit yet but am guessing that she will be just as highly polished and well turned out!
Actually, come to think of it, I haven't even seen DMNTD either!
Nice write up Unit, unfortunately I have not seen BRM on sale anywhere lately.
Looks like I will have to subscribe and win a helmet or something. Cheers John.

Steady on, we only have one shop in our wee town, never mind a "Whitcoulls"!
A hospital bed would be closer but I am desperately trying to avoid them these days. :oi-grr:
If DMTD hadn't posted it here, I would have missed your write up and I would have been the poorer for that, it was quite a cool effort I reckon! :first: Cheers John.

Nice letter there Annette! I had the pleasure of seeing and hearing the beast again on the weekend, well I saw it last about 2 minutes out of Tauriko then not again till I arrived at Oko... she was taking good care of it Chris, honest mate.
Actually, she suited the bike, better be careful, you won't be allowed back on it. Maybe you'll be allowed to wash it every now and then, and wax the chain ...

And yes, DMNTDs hardware is well worth talking about :msn-wink:
Seriously what we know is mainly through 2 1/2 years of immersing ourselves in all things motorcycling, talking to those who know way more then we ever will, and trying options out. Hopefully we can put back into it what we have been getting out, which is a lot, always happy to share
Look forward to you both visiting :2thumbsup
