I found these photos on a non-motorcycling web forum (original source (http://episteme.arstechnica.com/eve/forums?a=tpc&s=50009562&f=34709834&m=350000188831&r=491007188831#491007188831)).
Does anyone here ride with a hairy pillion?

I wonder if my retriever/boarder collie would fit in a tank bag...

Theres a guy in hamilton who does that with a little dog on the back of his bike. The dog doesnt have a helmet just sits in a cage-type-thing. I dont know him, i've just seen him around.

I have to admit thats pretty cool but you'd never catch me with the pet on my bike. Damn that dog does look hard case though.

There's a guy in Tauranga with a Givi type rear box that has been cut in two horizontally and clear perspex inserted to make it look a bit like a fishbowl. The dog sits in the back looking quite happy. I don't think its eyes light up though lol. Saw him on the BADD ride a few months ago :)

In 1982 I had a VDUB trike with long forks. :ride: It had a bench seat behind mine. It had just enough room to put a beer crate between the back of my seat and the back of the bench seat. I had a small wired haired terrier that rode in the beer crate. He got loads of attention when I parked.
I accidently took off on a roundabout in first gear one day making me do a wheelie and didnt know I had chucked him off the back. I found the poor boy walking home with his tail between his legs. Didnt stop him getting back on though.
