I see a nice bike inside the police impound park in Lower Hutt just outside my window. Looks like a Honda CBR, full race colors with stickers etc.
Who's a naughty boy?

If i was visiting anyone at this police station I wouldn't park the bike there. Its far far away from the building, right next to the outer fence. Looks like the bike is missing an owner :(

So it could easily escape, if someone had a pair of wirecutters, then?

I wouldn't want to steal anything from this police station. Pretty sure this is where the Armed Offenders Squad is.

Keeping in mind that of course the bike would then ride itself out through that cut fence *ahem*

I don't think they'll taken extra action just cause the AO Squad is based there :/ However, if you were to get caught while they were on their way out the door then that's another story :P

Nicking a bike from the police impound lot would require balls of steel, and not a little bit of stupidity.

A Coppa had his own boat/trailer 'taken' from behind the Picton police station.
