"No-one loses when two tigers fight"

What's this mean (lyrics below for context in case it's needed). I suspect there's a saying about tigers fighting, or a regional interpretation (these are the guys the wrote "Africa")

Possibly the words are in the song because they fit, not because of any specific meaning

It's a deep and philosophical comment on the state of nature, in that when two tigers fight, the local deer population 'wins' by not being chased and eaten by either of those tigers for the period of time that they are fighting.

It is either an obscure reference to the "beast with two backs" or means that everyone else is safe because tigers have no natural enemies and by fighting they cripple each other.
