I get my copy of the latest issue of RiDE magazine (Issue 116, December 2004) through the door... flick through, with intent to have a proper read later... when I spot my review of the Arai RV helmet on page 86!

Very happy to see it - but it would have been nice if someone had let me know it was appearing!

Did they pinch your review off the net or something, or did you submit it to them and they just didn't tell you they were going to use it yet?

yes that does seem a bit off, I would let them know you are not best pleased, plagurism is pretty serious, and I'm pretty sure all written material is automatically copyrighted, one of the downsides to electronically transmitted transcripts is, it is often difficult to trace the author if they operate using a pseudonym.
