Biker down on Coromandel (1 December)

Heya guys, there was a biker down north of Tairua this arvo. Any one know their condition?
Was bad enough to be flown out in the chopper. We were held up for about an hour while the chopper was coming.

The guy was probably riding with someone on a green katana.

As in a very very green katana, non pop up ither 750 or 1100. This bike sombody will know. The rider that went down was riding a black motorbike. I dont know about riding gear could not see.

Yep saw ambo heading north up the west coast of coro peninsula today as I was heading back to Auckland. Was hoping it wasn't a bike, but sad regardless. Hope the news is good.
