Being a bit of a noob when it comes to ebay...how do you pay for it? Credit card or what? All a bit scary

Just an uneducated question..
What do you actually apply it to? The rim or the rubber on the wheel?
Would it stick to chrome?
And the one on TradeMe, says they'll give you 4 pieces for each half of each tyre, how do you know it'll fit properly around the rim?
As in.. it's a circle.. so the degree of the angle of the circle would have to be close to exactly the circumference of the tyre. Right?
Cheers..

Not sure about the chrome, but the ones off ebay that come in section of 4 (like the trademe description) are shaped to fit the wheel. Pretty easy to install.
They stick to the rim.
Have a look at my profile pic for another example of what they look like (there is a good photo in the first post as well)
