Well it has been a great 2 years, but last night I had to say good bye to "britany" :weep: She has been sold to a friend who I hope will take care of her.
I am now off to London in late Jan to follow the pounds and from comments I have been hearig the probability of getting a new machine over there is next to nil. So it is the bus for me each morning which hurts ore than anything.
Has anyone else had to give up thier machine with no real possibility of a replacement int he near future - man it sure hurts!!

I remember 'Britany' with fond memories from when she was our garage slut. Sometimes wish Nigel had kept her, for me to ride!! Good luck over there, have fun and save loads of dough then come home and buy something new and flashy!:2thumbsup

If you come back in a few years there may be a nice Gixxer waiting for you.
Pitty we did not get out for a ride together before you sold her.
All the best for the trip.

Cheers Kendog - you are like my official bike supplier :2thumbsup You better keep that Gixxer in good condtion - that is it better be in the same state as brittany when you let her go.
Yes it is a shame we didn't get out on it. I can tell you she now lives over the hill from you in Jville so you may still see her about.

Haha.
When I think to my days on that bike, it is a a bit of a miracle I am still alive. It's a great bike for putting up with my shit riding.
Just ask Trudi how she liked sitting on the back

Sure sure  Yes, it will go down as one of the more amusing incidents in my biking career.
