I've got an '87 KDX 200 which is surplus to requirements, it's not road legal (though you could make it so I guess - wiring loom is there) but it's got a good motor and goes like a champ. I'd still be looking in the region of $900 though. Don't think you'll get much for $3-400ish, and certainly not anything reg'd and wof'd.
