Actually now that another school year has drawn to a close, we had a do at the school and had a good lunch, karaoke was hilarious and I feel knackered. Didn't even go out on a long bike ride today :weep:

Now, I guess I can sleep in next monday ... and start thinking "I miss the little buggers"

I can only hope I can restrain myself from running them down in my cage if I see them on the street :o

So how many kms will you clocked up over the next 6 weeks, that you are on holiday?

Plus which bike will be lucky to do all those kms?

Will the bike that is in pieces be finally rebuilt over the next 6 weeks?

'Tis good to see that students and teachers think rather similarly.:niceone:

The only disadvantage is youthful reflexes and the power of healing is more on your side! Fortunately I have sheer bloodymindeness and an overwhelming desire to inflict gratuitous bodily harm on them more!

I think clobbering them with a dictionary whilst I am perambulating on my two wheeled contraption of velocity would suffice sufficiently!

The wonderful feeling (relief, I think they call it), when the last little darling has headed out the gate and the staff can sit down to strawberries and icecream, Christmas mince pies, and a well deserved glass of bubbles (or three), while being entertained with speeches (no, not formal ones!) and farewells, and then a little sing song with a guitar or two, before heading off out for a late lunch ...more alcohol, more singing and even some dancing...
ah yes, there is nothing like the end of the school year.

To all you teachers/teachers aides and support staff....enjoy your holidays, they are richly deserved!!!

All starkly and logical choices and scenarios you have presented. I will avail myself to all of the above and more, to ensure that my government sponsored watching the paint dry on the wall tax payer funds is used with the lucid approval that it will be directed to all things motorcycling.

Hmmm four bikes ready for next year? Sounds a goer! (I intend to purchase two more bikes next year for a meager total of six!)

Huh? Where do you go to school?
Most of the country outlawed this practice many years ago, but it seems pockets of corporal punishment still exist in remote schools ....any vacancies for a qualified teacher aide there?
I love nothing more than to administer a good spanking to some little shit who is way outta line, and desperately deserves it.....

I was referring to me missing them to aim at when I rarely drive my cage into school! :innocent:

Hey how come I don't get to sleep in huh? Oh yeah, my kids are now working their school holidays and still rely on mum to be taxi driver!
I always find that those last 2 weeks of term I'm counting down the big sleeps to the holidays, then towards the start of school I'm actually looking forward to going back. But then as the last weekend before the beginning of term looms I'm like "Oh no, just a few more days......" Guess there's just no pleasing some people ay?

Mooched around the house yesterday, played Diablo II and got my Amazon warrior up to level 22 in Act II. Emptied out spare room for overseas visitors. Got a haircut. Did not ride bike once. Must be ill!

Today, should be visiting East City with zeocen to see his Dad's new bike, help zeocen shop for new dri-rider mesh jacket (I thought this shopping for clothes was a girly thing! does that apply to bike gear bling?)

Will do another serious re-wiring job on little ol'hornet's lights when I go to Jaycars and salivate over electrical bling

Should get dressed and put pants on.
