i took my exhaust off yesterday and cleaned them all up and painted them and put on the muffler i made, but when i put them back on i managed to strip one of the holes that the studs are in where you bolt the exhaust on to the engine.
i havnt got a pitch gauge to check what thread it is, but im pretty sure its a M6x1.0 (1990 honda vfr750)
anyone have a timesert kit i can borrow/they can come around and use or know where i can get one (in auckland) preferably today (on a sunday).
ive done some reading and found that alot of people think that the timeserts are alot better than helicoils.
any help would be good :)
