Yep another Galbraiths meeting.

Let me know if you are coming, its the end of a degree for me (my last exam is Tuesday) so I'll be celebrating (again :2thumbsup )

Its at 12pm this time - I have no lectures to get in the way...

Oh alright then. Probably. :spudwave:
Today would've been good, but I went for a semi-purposeless* ride instead.

*I had a purpose, but it was fabricated, just as an excuse to go out.

Back in my day these pesky students were more than happy with a pie and half a dozen jugs.
But oh no.. we have to entertain them at some fancy pants bar, completely devoid of vomit. :thud:
What is the world comming to?
If I can find an excuse to be in town, I will try and stop in
Someone has to cheer you up, when the uni is all over and your now over edumakated and unemployed

Oh, all right. If you lot are all going, I'll be there. *If* I have transport, and aren't still blagging rides to work from the guy around the corner while my bike sits idle in a little pile of blown fuses with the scent of mild cursing drifting downwind.

Perhaps he'll let me borrow his cage in middle of t'day to go to the pub.

Personally I prefer to be able to easily detach my feet from the floor... It makes getting to the bar that much easier... I normally frequent the London Bar, and even thats gone upmarket - no more jugs....At least their bands have improved too. The last one had some singer who was convinced he was a drum kit, and made noises appropriately....

If I land on my arse halfway up the harbour bridge, you're buying the beer.

Went to galbraiths for the first time after work yesterday for a quick drink. While I was sitting there, heaps of people started coming in with motorcycle helmets. I though "ookaaay". When we left, the footpath was covered with Vespa's hah. Like 20 of them. ringdidingdingdingbarrrrrrbingdingring.

Do you guys just park on the footpath too?

"ringdidingdingdingbarrrrrrbingdingring", you say? Sounds like the "Annoying Thing (http://www.turboforce3d.com/annoying/)". You sure he/it wasn't there too?

I try to tuck my bike into the Galbraiths cage parks around the corner. Some of the more 'f*ck The Man' KBers put theirs right up by the front steps, though. Not that I'm naming names. But a silver SV1000S plonked in the middle of a downtown Auckland footpath is always a good way to recognise a likely KB event... :innocent:
