Hi all - I have finally forked out my hard-earned for new leathers. Jacket is fine but pants need alteration - who can anyone recommend in the Auckland area? Cheers. :eek5:

Kerrie is the lady to speak to at:
Motorcycle Safety Wear
31 Saint Kevins Arcade
Karangahape Road (K' Rd)
Phone (09) 309 9522
Fax (09) 309 4147
Head down the flight of stairs, and on your right is a 'exit'... head towards that and she is then on your left... the shop can be quite hard to find at first...
Phone first to make sure that she is in, as she has to pick up or drop off her child at school etc..

Here's another place to try, as the woman in K'Rd shop gave me a bloody hard time when I wanted a minor repair to a pair of gloves;
Auckland Leather 921 Dominion Rd. I've had a few repairs done here now.
They have an amazing selection of leather jackets and pants for both ladies and mens in bike gear and some beautiful casual gear too!

there doesnt seem to be any better thread than this. I went in for some glove repairs, she did an outstanding job at a really good price! only $35 to repair my gloves
before and after pics attached. I will be taking my pants and boots to her soon for some much needed attention.
