I remember way back seeing a fella at big boys tos who was doing terminator staues and alien verses predator etc...7 foot tall...with bike chain as dream locks...made from valves and sparkplugs etc...
anybody know if he has a website or have pics of some, comtemplating saving up for one cus they r frikking cool.

Theres one I saw near Newton (Both Alien and Predator). I think they are made from junk radios. I think they still have em. Might just go and check tomorrow since its near my place.

nah not them this dude does heaps all made from bike and car parts pistons and stuff, they r the ones i want.

theres some good things in maccas in rotovegas , couple of dogs , mermaid, and a couple of other things made from bolts, chains etc, check it out when your legal :angry2: OH and have a bike that goes :dodge:

There's also a sculptor in Rotorua called Todd Harris - he makes sculptures from recycled metal parts, including bike and car stuff. Very cool, though he usually specialises in animals.

they were like the first ones....
but made from spark plugs and dream locks were bikechains...had valve stems etc...really awesome was an nz guy doing them...not the todd harris fella tho...they were so kickass
it wuld give people a shock as they come in the front door! lol

There is a shop on upper queen st that used to have them in the window for a long time. Its a second hand tv/radio repair type shop opposite the apartment building on the left as you cross over k´rd into upper queen from queen about 30mts down the hill. The large ones are approx 10k but he does do smaller ones also. Not sure if he's still doing them tho as i havnt seen them in the window for awhile now.
