Ok, so Im 2 minutes from home after a perfect ride on a perfect Wairarapa day. I (Red block in illustration) pulled up and stopped, waiting to turn left at an intersection that leads onto State Highway 2. I look right and see five cars coming from my right, so I sit and wait. As I have tried to illustrate, Car A in front indicates to turn right directly opposite the turn off that I am sitting at. Cars B C & D proceed to manouvre around car A as it approaches the right hand turn, fair enough. Car E (Purple Nissan Skyline) decides it cant wait and proceeds to overtake on the inside, I guess thinking they can utilise the the Give Way area that I am helplesley sitting at like a sitting duck. All this happened so close to me that I was peppered with stones as Car E flew past me. As one tends to exagerate in these kinds of situations I am going to say that the distance between me and the fuck wit in Car E must not have been anything over 2 metres. Apart from nearly catapulting me into the surrounding farmland, the wanker (Car E) then proceeds to overtake Cars D, C & B on the inside on the gravel shoulder! I would like to think that if was on a bike capable of catching up I would have chased the prick down, but I was in urgent need for a nervous shit and a cigarette to calm the ol nerves.

Anyways, 8 beers down now and just had to vent about an arsehole in a purple Nissan Skyline:mad:

I found that most of the cagers who do dumb trick in front of me are mostly islanders in minivans. Fucking hate minivans and MPVs now I treat them like death. And you cant hit their car too coz I'm sure they will chase me or next time they see me I will be D E A D. Fucking hate minivans.:angry2::brick::angry2: GRRRRR

Even if you'd met up with car E somewehere down the road it pays to remember that he/she with the most metal around one's head is generally not the one to go to hospital in the back of an ambulance...as Toto said "treat them all like death". Except it seems like you were a sitting duck. Lottery ticket?

Aren't Skyline's favoured by lbr's (little boi racers)? Was it one of these behind the wheel or is the madness spreading? :spudgrr: Good to hear you're ok and I hope he has the shit scared out of him in turn. Problem is that dicks like that mainly seem to inflict injury on others, rarely themselves. Grrrrrrr.

I am also glad you are ok.

I must say the picture is an excellent touch and well done, it helps the story come to life.

Glad to hear it was one of those biking stories you yourself can tell us about! :gob: Crikey ... I think all the idjits have left the cities and towns and gone to the countryside! I was zootling around town yesterday and it was bliss, nary a car in sight and no idiot cagers to deal with!

I've been avoiding the hot spots where people are currently baking themselves!

Don't worry about it - it was a Nissan Skyline, they can do anything, really amazing cars.
When you buy one you get an exemption form normal road rules
