you could just go down to local para rubber, and get some of there stuff, if only for race bike seat.

A para rubber in a town close?

Another opinion is go to a camping store and buy one of those roll out floor mats, you have enough foam for about 10 seats, but a method if you are in a bit of a hurry for one.

What?

What you need is closed-cell neoprene foam (it doesn't soak up water)
Firmans marine would be a good place to start looking.
Or anywhere that does marine upholstery.

I used an old closed cell bed roll and cut it up for mine. there not even 10 bucks from the warehouse. cut it to shape and velcro it on. sewing shops or even emporium stores should sell it by the metre. if your real fussy like me i got some black vinyl like covering and my partner sewed it all together for me. the vinyl dont do anything tho. no slipperier,no grippier but does look better.
