Doing the dreaded move back to Orstraylya in a month....I've been having dreams about snakes already. And turning taps on and nothing coming out.

Got the Z listed on Trademe and here on KB too.

I'm keen to hear if anyone has had dealings with Turners auctions (as either buyer or seller - I'll be particularly interested in tales from sellers of course). If all else fails and I can't shift it I'm thinking I could get it to Christchurch, give it to Turners and play the waiting game.

Thanks in advance folks. :2thumbsup

Bought my car through Turners (Jan 07). Very happy with price and service.

This time of the year is very slow at auctions and when I bought mine, no cars were reaching their reserves. Turners worked hard for their commission to push the price up.

Good luck with Orstraaaalier

Thanks for that.

Nah, really want to get off it to be honest. Looking at a Wee/Vee Strom as I'll be doing more touring miles/150km+ commutes quite likely.

I've sold a cage at Turners, the fees eat up the actual sale price a lot. Seems they ping both sellers and buyers for fees. I can only assume they are the same for Bikes.

I'd suggest leaving the bike with someone you trust to keep trying to sell it privately or see if a dealer will do an On Behalf Of Sale for you. Make sure you sort out minimum price that you will accept from the dealer though.

By the way, I am very trustworthy.
