Went riding yesterday, and today.

Had a job interview for 1 1/2 hr,on leave so will do a ride soon. Also whilst earning a crust to survive and paying tax's for unemployed people,so they could go to winz, say I need $xxx to fix my bike, then I could set up and go to an interview and get gainfully employed, then could pay my way.Might work for you at winz, try it out, they should agree if your keen to get a job.But first ya need a written quote from bike shop.Only thing is if ya get a job ya pay it back.

Dude.
that's fucked up.
my ex did the same - 14 months ago.
i didn't ride today because i have my kids till jan 4 (had them all xmas)
today we went to a steam train park and petting zoo - my 2 year old smiled and laughed more than i have ever seen her before.
a year later - and my new girl (who loves bikes) and i are off to upgrade the ducati with a a buell xb12x on jan 4 - when i drop my kids back to the ex.
all i can say is that life tastes like ass i'm sure right now, but my life is actually better now than it was before she left. Perhaps yours will be ok too.
i really hope so.
you'll certainly know yourself better in a few months i bet.

Bike is unhappy. I'm cleaning the carbs (well, actually eating fish & chips and reading KB) at the moment, and wondering what to try next, and keep checking back just in case somebody's replied to my carb cleaning thread ...
Otherwise, I'd quite possibly be in Tauranga with relatives, en route to see my sister in Auckland, rather than stuck at home on new year's eve :(
