after you click on manage attachement locate pic & upload .. depending on your connection speed & size of the pic it could take a wee while to load up .. it will tell you when its finished .. & also before you hit submit on your post check under manage attachments again & you should see the pic name sitting there

Reduce the size and or quality or put em in your gallery. I had the same problem,there's a pixie limit thing going on.
