Just got one of these...

The other day wondering around I spotted someone using one in a sports shop
so had to try it out, I had heard about them but didn't know much about them.
I tried it and wow, a really good work out for your arms. Also it's fun which is good
if you find it hard to exercise.

If anyone out there is looking to get some extra strength in their wrist/arms and shoulders
I recommend one of these.
Retail for about $45 - $200 depending on the model.

Gave up on using the search function long ago.

Some mod might want to merge this one or get ride of it, no point in cluttering
the site with double ups.
