Back to Nepal and India for three and a half weeks taking part in community development projects. Unfortunatly I will not be on two wheels though it would be fun as the roads in the hills are 100s of km of tight twists and turns that would even make one travel sick on a bike.

Remember to mark your calendars for the 24th Feb for our Mountain to the Sea Run

AWESOME, dude!!!! :Punk: I spent 5 hours helping out at our 'Community Dinner' on Christmas day & THAT was rewarding enough... :niceone: but 3 1/2 WEEKS in Nepal & India :gob: WOOOHOOOOO!!!!!! :banana:
