I have a 1987 Yamaha TRZ 250, and it is smoking like i do when im pissed.
I guess the fuel/oil mix is too oily, can anybody tell me how to turn it down??
I found a manual online but it doesnt say. :confused2

I don't know about those things,but on an injected 2 stroke (it's best to pull the damn pump out,saves a lot of problems) you set the carb in a predetermined spot,usualy line up a dimple in the slide with a hole in the body....there will be a mark on the pump arm that matches in that possie.Check your cable it could be siezed - check to see if the outer has slipped out of the adjusting ferrul that's very common.

Never had to adjust it on mine, but according to this guy it's on the cable:

Buy Castrol TTS (if it's still around), Was the best smelling oil out. Sorry havn't really helped you have i.
Is that the T model?, rode one about 10yrs ago, cool little rapid bike.
