Hi All,

I've been speaking to track day veterans, instructors and also hitting the reading, to hopefully put together a useful guide to getting the most from a track day.

Click here to see what I've put together (http://www.bobpickett.co.uk/bkit/trackday.htm)

I'm hoping this will be useful - mainly to trackday newbies admittedly, but hope people can get something out of it.

One missing piece of advice. DON'T be the partner of the person running the trackday. Otherwise you'll never get track time .

Thanking you most kindly. I have read your advice, bookmarked it, and will read it again before I attend my first track day later this year :-)
