Anyone got any ideas on where I could hunt down some speed bleeders for the bike? (in NZ)
Before you say it, done a search on KB and google and have'nt really struck oil. Just in the hope that someone might know where to put their hands on some.
Cheers.

Just order them from the site. Easiest place to get them.

I really have to ask... why do you thnk you need it? Bleeding brake & clutch hydraulics with the correct technique makes these check valves completely unneccessary. It's a gimmick - right up there with these (http://www.metalbrite.net/products) which is easily replaced with some tin foil and baking soda in water in a 1 part to 3 parts ratio...

It's not so much about bleed air from the line rather replacing the the fluid all together, I did this recently on a friends bike and it was a laborious job to say the least and it was only the rear brake line that I did. I was also thinking of getting them for the Statesman coz it's long overdue for a fluid change.
Bottom line is:
a. You can bleed the brakes by yourself (car)
b. You can bleed the system of all it's old fluid quickly and efficiently. Something that i'm more likely to do when it should be done when it's not such a pain in the arse.
c. They are by all accounts pretty cheap so what hell, why not?
