Just got my Feb issue of BRM in the P.O. Box today...great article from our own Motogirl. Good one, Adele! :niceone:

Adele's article was the first thing I read in the latest BRM. Good stuff; I bet many bikers can relate to it. Certainly the confidence set-back seems common among women, but maybe guys bluff through it better?

She seems a wee bit grumpy.

I can't read it from here - could you make the font a bit bigger?

She seems a wee bit grumpy.

I have it on good authority that if the new Ohlins on MotoGirl's RSVR don't make her happy, she's going to install a NOS kit.

Personally, I think that's just silly; she should instead replace her stock wheels with carbon-fibre ones. After all, reductions in rotating mass are the most efficient way to improve acceleration.

The quest for that elusive performance edge amongst elite riders is never-ending!

I reckon it was a refreshingly honest well written article. Onya, MotoGirl!

For those of you who can't access the actual mag...
Two pictures are different from the published article but the words are 99 percent the same.

For sure!! Is awesome, especially as the hubby fancies himself to be a budding photographer and I (a point and push the button type) beat him to being "published",

No comment  Funnily enough, on the morning of crashing the VTR, no one could even hear it going around the track. Come afternoon, it was just droning and could easily be heard blasting down the back straight. Gotta love those twins aye! The only thing I miss about that bike is how confident I felt riding it.

They won't let me ride it at the Suzuki track days *sniff*

Now the Suzuki days have gone up from $50 to $80 I may as well pay the extra and do a MotoTT day (or similar) on my own bike. Obviously I'm more confident on my own bike because I ride it more than four times a year, so I'd probably have more fun at the track on it. But on the other hand I'm reluctant to take it because I learnt the value of race fairings the hard way :pinch:

Decisions, decisions!
