Hi All,

Can anyone point me to any threads (if they exist) or information on good Northern runs from the shore. Only one Ive done so far is up to Wellsford and then a loop off to Mangawhai heads and back down again..

how far do you want to go? after waipu you can do the waipuna forrest, but its an extra 2-3hrs after waipu.
