I'll have to check when I get home, heaps of my photos were a wee bit out of focus due to using a manual zoom & focus lens from the 70's

What sort of camera, it takes a very nice clear photo, I am guessing it has a lens as long as my arm?

not exactly mate, a modern DSLR I got for myself in december using a $100 1970's slide zoom manual focus 200mm lens.

Made for interesting times, frustrating how many were a bit out of focus but those that weren't looked pretty sweet.

<a href="http://www.flickr.com/photos/dafydd359/2131351387/" title="New DSLR by Dafydd359, on Flickr"><img src="http://farm3.static.flickr.com/2284/2131351387_a1957e3380.jpg" width="500" height="375" alt="New DSLR" /></a>

crap photo of the gear since it was using a phone camera. Using the middle lens.

Excellent photo's but can I just remind you (and others) of the site rules regarding posting photo's? :Police:
Allowable Image Size
Picture Pixel Size = 640 wide x 480 high
Picture File Size = 100kb
People have to remember there is still a lot of users who are stuck on dialup, and having huge pictures inside threads, when trying to find information can be very annoying.
Note: Posting images above these rules, will result in an infraction.

Can you please resize to accomodate these rules, thanks!

And why people embed pics in the first place, even on BB it is the most annoying thing

If you upload them then KB creates a Thumbnail, if you don't wish to upload them then even just a simple link to the image is better that way I (and evey one else) only have to DL the images we choose to look at without downloading them all...

Different strokes for different folks, I prefer to have images load full size - I run 1600x1200 so pretty much everything fits and looks nice without side scrolling (I didn't think of this for you smaller screened guys sorry!)

I do the same with gmail attachments, just click load all in a single separate tab saves loading a tab or window for each picture and makes viewing way easier, for me anyhow. I would ordinarily use [img] tags but they're off for KB and I'm not going to re-upload all 30 odd pictures if I've got them already on Flickr.

I'm sure people can check them out the way it is now just as easily too, to me it doesn't look as nice seeing a url link over an actual picture. Granted those pics were saved with minimal jpeg compression too which would destroy loadtimes, ah well it was only a first attempt. :Police:
