So Im looking for Steve Jonsons son, anyone know where he works?
Ive been to a few different artists over the years but this time im looking at some one different, some one with good cred, who do and who dont ya rate... remember Christchurch tattooists only please. :niceone:

steve johnsons son works at the one down near the corner of tuam and manchester street i think, i cant remeber the name of the place.

steve works down maces road at tattoo alley. he did both of mine and is very good. i think might have a new guy there too, who is pretty good.
also, there is willy at black rose down ferry road

Steve's boy is in manchester street, but if you want a really good tattooist then go and see willy at black rose would definitely recommend. :banana:

The guy I like is Hol at "Left Hand Path" in Linwood....he does wicked freehand and has won numerous awards...Good luck in getting more ink...I must do the same at some time

Yeah its time again, but wanting to try someone different and Johnson jr is ment to be on to it, the last one wasnt the best and Johnson senior has done a couple allready.:beer:

He did my latest scratching in September 07 at his dad's puncturehouse Down Under Tattoo on Maces Road. Great guy and excellent tattooist.

Several people have said Steves work has deterated over the years due to poor eye site.

they dont do flash so you have to have an idea of what you want drawn. she has been working there about a year and worked in wellington before that -cant remember the name of the tattoo shop tho

my girlfriend was pleased with her back tattoo and is now going back to her to get her upper arm done

also she has a monster for sale if anyone knows anyone that wants one

The missus rates Southern Ink highly, and their work looks pretty sharp too! She's getting a sleeve designed with them, space theme with accurate constellations and galaxies - it'll look totally sick.

yeah might pop along for a look sunday (racing today) Kelly Johnson is the son, seen some of his work on a guy at work the other day... bloody good it was.
