Has anyone got a rearset for a ZXR400??

Just wondering if anyone has a spare ZXR400L left hand rear set i can have/buy??

Fucking thing broke :angry2: im just glad it wasnt when i was riding or pulling a stoppie.....

I have one you can buy for $3500 :devil2: and seeing as how i'm in such a generous mood I will chuck the rest of the bike in for free hehehehehhehehhe
But on a more serious note I have put out a bunch of e-mails regarding the same part but fixed the one I had, if I hear anything down this end of the island I will let you know.

But seriously gareth bought some parts off a guy how crashed his zxr400 and i think he is selling the parts. I.e. heaps of parts and so he probably has the rearsets

If ya get really stuck TS you can borrow my spare bracket if it fits. Just till ya get sorted.
Just a thought though dude -nows probably a good time to sort out a spare set for your bike--maybee use flat plate ally and drill the holes in the right places

Bound to be a stupid quesion :confused2, but what is a "rearset"? Allways read about thim on the net but don't have a clue WTF they are on about. Something to do with a sportbike though I take it? Oh, while I'm at it, what's a "clipon"?:spudwhat:

By the way TS you can can probably safely say from these questions that I do not have one! :no:

Correct me if i am wrong but rearsets are the bits that include your footpeg and brake lever etc Or footpeg and gear change if on the other side.

Try bikes n bits in hamilton, they have had a few zxr's through there.

Daryl, a rearset is what Aff-man stated.... A clipon is you handle bar that "clips on" to your forks....

Actually lets be pedabntic--cos i wanna be. If the factory footpeg bracket is of a rearset configeration then to get "rearsets" for it would mean longer brackets? Hmm or maybee he means the rear set of footpeg brackets.
