really want to try my hand at a 600. Hopefully late 90's gixxer/cbr600rr or something. Whatever i can find and the purse strings allow. If she turns out to be to big i'll hold out for a late model zxr400 or cbr400rr.  .

Here's a nice upgrade for you if you can sell your bike in time. Cheap too.

Hmmm yeh i was looking at that but then i'd want to put fairing on and stuff. Also the start price is $1500 but the reserve is probably a hell of a lot higher :argh:

Reserve is about 2500. It's a matter of personal preferance but I reckon it looks sexy in nude.

More worried about wind and bloody stones from you jokers (when you pass me that is). Will see , as it seems i'm going to have to save up and then drop the price so it will sell.

Urk. Nah. Some bikes look good naked, and I'm generally a fan of the look, but that ZXR *needs* the big blobby fairing. Just looks... wrong, in those photos. IMHO.
It'd look heaps better with a proper big round headlight and Renthal bars, though. Personal preference, like you say.

Yep, I agree with you aswell there. The headlight on it and the exposed wireing loom just makes it look ratty.

Your ZR will make plenty of noise. All you need to do is take the muffler off or drill holes on the side of it.

You can get your muffler cut in half and have the baffles remove and replaced with a piece of perf pipe.
Or get a long drill bit and ream her through! (I'm going to try this first)
