hi lawrence here again back in 1982 i bought a cx 500 turbo well me and my brother did they cost $10.500 each well me and brother went to the shop about 10 minutes away from our place we got to the shop and swapped bikes so i took of and going down the road doing about 180ks went up a hill then when i came over the hill there was a car that was stalled in the middle of the road i hit it at the ass end of the bloody thing but i got the car going and i didnt fall of then my brother came over the hill and saw me kneeling on the ground i was in hospital for about 6 weeks i think it was not good i go abit slower now days i was only 16 then . i stuff my right foot im lucky that i still got it ::Oops:

I remember when the CX500 Turbos were new in the shops. The only other bike in the shops at the time that was over 10 grand was the Moto Guzzi LeMans III.
