Looking for a 250!

Im in Christchurch and am looking for a sports 250, would prefer it to be in the south island but would consider lower north island. looking for a zzr, zxr, cbr, gt250r or something similar.
any help would be great.. im pretty new to road riding so any help would be good as well. thanks!!

Add a Yamaha FZX250 Zeal to your list, and also the 250 versions of the Honda Hornet and Suzuki Bandit. Four-cylinder 250s may be a bit more gas hungry than the singles and twins, but they are really rewarding rides in other respects. The three models I mentioned are all full-frame bikes too, making them more comfortable and ergonomic for taller riders.

ive had alot of experience on bikes up to 750cc, just not on the road.. so pretty sure i can handle a 250 sports bike but thanks anyway
