I have just had the most interesting morning.
The X11 has developed a small issue with the Cam Chain Tensioner (CCT) that manifests itself at 3000rpm, quite annoying and needs to be seen to.
Spoke to Geoff (Blackbird) last night and apparently this is a well known fault of the 'bird. Geoff pointed me in the direction of JAWS UK.
I emailed John this morning and much to my surprise got a reply straight back. Convo went something like this.
Q Problem with CCT, will the improved 'bird CCT drop straight into the X11 and does it come in black?
A Yes it will, its 9.30 here at the moment, They are silver but I'll spray one up for you and pop it into the oven, hopefully get the morning mail. Will do my best.
Total cost delivered is NZD114.00
