Yes, yes, it's another trick helmet thread from me. All the Givi web sites seem to be down at the moment (slackers??). So I haven't been able to actually get into their own sites!
I saw this lid in a Brit. mag today. The mag advertises to visit www.givi.co.uk. Wasted add when the site fails and I tried to access it from work and home.
It is good to see that some manufacturers are actually trying to improve and experiment with the helmet design, rather than sticking with the original base design from the neolithic age.
You buy this helmet and get modular parts to add/remove to change from winter to summer use i.e. change the chin guard and top air vents. it also has my favourite internal sun visor. Like the Airoh I bought recently it can also be used as an open face. Givi has just taken the concept further by providing interchangeable chin guards and air vents/covers
It comes in grey or black. The black looks better.
