Instead of timing it, they should make it that if you can't get the lids off as fast as the opposing team can drink 'em, your out!

After all, a bartenders no good if the punter has died of thirst waiting for him to get the bottle open.

Pretty cool though I initially pictured them doing it with their rotors for some reason...that would be far more entertaining.
