Im continually being harrased by a crazy guy on my way to the train station in the morning. I wanna find out who he is so I can take a couple of big mates around to have a word to him. I wish him no harm, I just want him to stop harrasing me!

I can see the headlines now:
"Biker website used to intimidate man"
"LTNZ's vehicle registration database has been misused by members of "Kiwibiker", a motorcycling website, with a female member nicknamed "Str8jacket" seeking the address of a man she claimed continually harassed her on the way to work.
"I wanna find out who he is so I can take a couple of big mates around to have a word to him."
Str8jacket said she meant the man no harm, but hoped he would "poop his panty liners"
A kiwibike member nicknamed "Grahameeboy" offered to help in searching for the man's address, using LTNZ's vehicle registration.
LTNZ spokesman Andy Knackerballs said he was disappointed but ... etc etc"

Yeah but I had an incident where my neighbour was taking photos of me when I came home etc but they couldnt do anything as he was legally entitled to take photos from his window..... I doubt they could do anyting this time either :( The fact is, is that he drives up and down the street doing u turns and parking up then drives past very slowly whistling at me. This morning was the last straw when he drove past the train station 4 fucken times while I hid. But I guess he aint breaking any laws and the police probably have better things to be doing.... Thats why I just wanted to go have a word with him. However that street the car is registered at is not a real strret :(
Thanks for ya help though!

But I guess he aint breaking any laws ...
His actions are definitely harrassing, what he's doing is illegal. And the fake street address is illegal too, big fines from LTNZ for that. You can get a restraining order (then when he breaks it, arrest) , with no input from his side. If you ask, there are folks on here who know about that kind of thing. You can get this guy into soooo much trouble.
Good luck!

Surely reporting that would at least give the f***er some grief...? (And let him know he's been reported...)

Yep and what is wierd is that when LTSA send post to that address it will get returned and they normally show owner and then address not known so a bit wierd so would still tell Police about both as I would imagine just the false address will be of concern to them.
It used to be owned by a relative in Hastings and then the registration lapsed for 2 years.

No, no, no...Don't stand for it in any way! :nono:
As Steam said, get a restraining order and follow the process...as much as getting the boys around seem like a good idea, it could come back and bite you on the arse very quickly.
Make noise about it to the police and don't let go til you get the right answer from them.
The behavious of this moron is definitely harassment, so get help accordingly. Take photos of him outside your house, and record the time. Even if you call the police every single times, as they will record it and it will be a proof on your side of your argument should this go as far as going to court.
I'm not trying to scare you, but situations like these can escalate very quickly if understimated, so treat it seriously right from the start.

Cheers chick, its been going on since last year and I was very uncomfortable with it. It wasnt until he whistled at me this year that I realised what exactly he was doing and it got me worried. He doesnt park outside my house but he waits up Wakefiled st and drives past me a few times very slowly by doing u turns. He stares at me which is gross. I thought he may have delivered my paper at first but im not so sure now.... Thing is I have been leaving at random times and now I only seem to see him on Fridays. I am just worried that one day he'll do something unexpected. I am not a big person but I can fight....
This morning I was early and got to the station. He drove past and saw me so I hid behind the shelter and watched him through the gaps. he drove past another 3 times and stopped and was looking, for me im guessing. He gave up when more people came and just drove away. He makes me feel very sick.

If same person would get a puncture in your street all the time, he may get discouraged...z nails seem to always point up, no matter how they fall....

So it's been going on for a while, and he's obviously getting the impression that it's ok, as:
1- he's kept on doing it
2- he's getting bolder
Hun, get yourself into the police station right now, and get the process started, please!!!!
If you feel the police is giving you the "we're too busy for this kind of thing", go get legal advice and find out how you can use the system to your advantage.
Do not, under any circumstance, even consider getting into a physical match with a man. I know this is not sounding very pro feminism, but the laws of physiques are simple and the hard fact is that we females are weaker physically than guys. Stay around crowded areas as much as possible when he's around, and in doubt, run.
The only way for you to deal with this prat is to keep your head cool, and be smarter than him.

If you can find the female owner of the car, who presumably is his missus', just tell her that you're sick of her husband hitting on you and don't really want the flowers, chocolates and jewelery that he has been showering on you.

Ha! Things have gone BETTER than that! The cop just rung me and told me that they have tracked the owner and addy etc. He rang the house and the guy's PARTNER answered. The cop told her that the car has been used for suspicious purposes and they want to contact the person using it. She confirmed that her partner had been usuing it in the mornings and the cop said he would ring back Monday nights as the guy was at work and Mr coppers shift ends before then. Bet she is gonna want to know what he's been doing. MWAHAHAHAHAHA!!!

Had a friend who had a badly broken ankle plated up.
Years later, got intense pain in that ankle which then moved down into foot.
X-rays showed top screw from his plate had come out, moved down inside his leg and was lying in the arch of his foot - fkn big screw too.
Must have been a friend of yours cos he had a screw loose too, but he had the photographic evidence to prove it.

Randy Knockstump has given me your name and I will bring a couple of mates around, I hope this is OK? Actually as I was born with 6 fingers and play a banjo it might not be a couple, they might not even be married. Actually Knockstump needs a dueling banjo up his whosis and perhaps he will see reality for once............nah just stick with the rear entry for political appointees.
