Well, went to the muscle car madness show at Rangiora...Ended up getting quite burnt as per usual but was a good day. My kids loved the burnout pad, and it was good to see all the cars and bikes....A lot I have seen before at various shows, but there were a few I have not seen....anyway here are some pics from the event for those who did not make it!

Yeah was a great day....I gotta say my faves there were the Chargers and also the Boss Hoss "Tennessee Redneck'

Must be the redneck side of me....also picked up a small pin with the confederate flag on it...

I'm gonna own me an Aussie Charger again one day (340 E55 thanks). I'd settle for a US one if I had too...

E49 with Track Pack and Graphic Pack (A18? can't remember). Mortgage the house to fill the tank

E55 was quicker with a manual box but was never sold like that (auto only). Indy engine in a luxury two door. What were they thinking?

Did you know there was one Safari sold with the E49 engine and the Track Pack? Went to England.

The E49 was just an option that could be put in any Valiant.

Love the rustic rat cars, fucking awesome. Oh and for a brief period of time I had a charger with the 440 magnum. Now that was a car. A pig of a car, but still what a car.

Also one ute was sold with the E49 option. When developing the RT Chargers, they built a VG ute with balast in the tray as a test bed also.

I used to have an E38 replica. Once we got the thing actually running right (and that took months) it was one of the coolest cars I've ever driven. 60-70 mph in second up the Hutt side of the 'nui hill, fully hazing the rear tyres with heaps of oversteer. What the fuck I was thinking when I sold that car I'll never know :(
