Hey there everyone. just another annoying young newbie that is likely to ask stupid questions, so please bear with me, im not too much of an asshole :P

Anyhows, im looking at getting back on 2 wheels (came off a ktm200 several years back and havnt been on one since). Havent got my license yet, but it will happen in the next 2 months!!:niceone:

About myself, im from northland, moved to palmy for university (studying business). Currently working for DOC in the Hawkes Bay (summer job). Im a definate petrol head, driving a f**d fairmont, definately been tweaked a wee bit :msn-wink:

Anyhow, look forward to learning things from everyone

Check out the manawatu rides, thursday/friday night rides (which are always on a friday) because every now and then someone accidently goes on topic and posts a ride. We have a very good group in PN with evertything from 250s to 1400s and learners to experienced riders and welcome any safe riding. There is one leaving in 13 mins if you can get a bike and licence that fast.

Don't worry about not having a bike or a license and admitting to driving a huge gas gussling cage. Being a biker is a state of mind. Unstable state off mind as you only have two wheels and can fall over at any time.

For sure, ive pranged both bike and car before, (hence the big car and the long wait before getting back on a bike), both damm near killing me.:confused:

Not really sure at this stage. Just going to read up opinions/specs on different bikes and go from there. Im leaning towards either a VT250 or a GSX250, unless a better option is made available/apparent.

just fixed the colour on your camera and put the front forks the right way around. That looks better now.
