Strap on knee sliders???

I've heard that they exist, but know no more than that.
I've also been demonstrating my meagre research skills by completely failing to find then via google.
Does anyone here use them? Does anyone know if they are any good and where they can be found? Does anyone care?

I've seen a few people with them. Usaully an ordinary slider attached to the knee with a reasonable amount of duct tape. Seems to work for them
