A bronze statue of Arthur “Fonzie” Fonzarelli, the leather-jacketed biker from "Happy Days" is to be erected in Milwaukee (where the show was set).

A decision as to the location of the US$ 85,000 seven foot tall bronze statue, which has been financed by local groups, is still to be made but will likely be along the Milwaukee River.

Please say this is a joke. It amazes me that in a country where teachers still have to take thier old books and magazines into school so that children get a chance to read, people would rather spend money on a dumb ass statue than spend money on the essentials such as books for schools etc.
