anyone kno where i can get a 2nd hand speedo cable for my 97 honda cb250 hornet??

try your nearest homo dealer! call them and ask nicely!

If you have no joy with getting a cable the alternate is to have one made up. You will need the original cable though as a guide for length and fittings at either end, it is not too expensive. Most bike shops will steer you in the direction of someone that can make a cable up for you.

Contact Spence at atomic wreckers in auckland.
Send him down your old cable and a return courier bag and he'll send ya up a new aftermarket--easy peasy

when my cable snapped i couldn't get a hold of a aftermarket one nor a second hand one

red baron pointed me in the direction of Robinson Instruments (http://www.robinsoninstruments.co.nz/Frames.htm), who then used the original to make me a new one for a reasonable price
