Two men have denied the murder of Gerry Tobin, the biker who was killed on the M40 on his way home from the Bulldog Bash last year.
A judge entered a plea of not guilty on behalf of Sean Creighton, 43 who refused to plead. Karl Garside, 44 also appeared by videolink but did submit a not guilty plea.
Five more men pleaded not guilty to his murder in December.
The trial of all seven is scheduled to begin on 2 October and could last for eight weeks.
