Rules updated

[Mental Trousers]

Instead of being in many posts they're all in 1 (http://www.kiwibiker.co.nz/forums/showthread.php?t=66358) (well actually 3 but you get the idea) now. Previously things were scattered and difficult to find if you didn't know where to look.

There's nothing new added and no major changes. Things have been simplified and made a bit clearer.

Let the mass debating begin.

The original rules were slapped together as and when things were required over a space of 2 odd years... this makes it a lot more clear and user friendly.
