Out on the 'adventure ride' on sunday I saw a KTM with a black sheepskin seat cover, just the thing to stop my misses putting another hole in my seat (seems to catch her boot getting on / off)
Where can I get one in NZ?

try a car seat shop. theres one on the foxton straits, but thats a little ways from you. ive got one, but not sure if itd fit your bike or not, plus its for a whole seat, not just a pillion pad.

Had a foam inside also, I got it mounted on my seat using a strap and click clack (whatever they are called) under the seat so I could take it off easy (made a nice pillow at night in the tent to)
Tell him you heard of him through your mate on a bike who got one in December and you want one the same, he should remember me
was good to deal with

You could try searching properly on KiwiBiker. :Pokey:
I advertised one on here last week.
Mind you, it was under "Fluffy Bum Thing (http://www.kiwibiker.co.nz/forums/showthread.php?t=65627)". :o

Sheepskin Sales, Otaki: http://www.sheepskins.co.nz/
Make 'em while you wait although it pays to check if the guy is there - weekends seem to be the best (and easiest time). Makes an awesome job and pretty good price too.
Be a good ride for you to come and get it: sore bum on the way up not so bad on the way back...

That bike belongs to Phil at Dirt Action in Saxon St Christchurch. You could ring and ask him.

Boyd Honda can supply sheepskin cover for most bikes (was very happy with the one for my BMW R80). There supplier has a turn around of about 5 days. Recommended.

No ...
But I cannot believe there are no Black sheep on the West Coast.
Most local craft shops will have some ... and some baby shops will have some (well treated for dampness too) ...

lambskin - better than gel?(heat retention) or air? (goes down)
what about the olde possum?
doesn't matter if its not black, it soon will be with the oil burner.
I sat down on a 2 ft high wall in a Florida state park, on the other side against the wall - an alligator
I will check out the lambskin :niceone:

Bit far at the MO to travel to West Coast for a black lambskin, or a babyskin :bleh: even if they are treated for dampness - they have some strange stores down the West Coast way I guess
