Well it arrived on a big truck last night, just as promised by Kerry from Motohaus - the big yellow remedy for my midlife Italian crisis....

The bike has panniers which was the extra incentive I needed to make the decision. It was previously owned by Badcat so my thanks to him for giving me the background, it helped a lot for peace of mind.

I wouldn't normally buy something like this over the net but it has been a good decision. I gotta give Kerry big credit for being very straight-up. When I contacted him there was no attempt to talk me into another bike or squeeze more money - a straight quick deal, shipped to Invercargill. I'd recommend him any time. :2thumbs:

hey - i hope it's all good.
did kerry give you the spare keys and servicing details - i left them in one of the panniers.

Well done Winston, I'm glad you finally found one you liked! Enjoy that motor, it works best at over 7000 rpm!

Cool - we need to raise merry hell in the streets of Invergiggle with all that Italian V-Twin noise.

I look forward to seeing it in the flesh.

Happy happy joy joy. Great colour too.

Thankyou thankyou thankyou one and all, I'd like to thank my mother and all who sailed in her, my Sunday School teacher, the guy who used to deliver the milk (ta Dad) and all my loyal supporters.....

Yeah - its a heap of fun. I chose yellow because.......well, I like yellow and although Ducatis look exactly right in red, yellow is a Duke colour too.

Actually it is sex on a stick and looks like a brand new bike. Even the footpegs look new. So it'll have to stay in the garage, wouldn't want it to get dirty, I'll just go out and sit with it in the evenings....

No No No and more No

Dont sit WITH her

Any time spent sitting should be ON her

Take her out and fang it

Regularly

How many times do we have to keep saying it

Ducatis are for RIDING - not polishing
