You'll have to pay for it (on Sky Sports). It is usually live but occasionally is delayed up to about 8 hours.

But since you sound like you will be living nearby I'm sure you can join TA in his lounge and watch them "live" along with me and some others :)

The internet here would probably not be up to watching it streamed anyways.

Don't forget the time difference. Live for many of the rounds will be at some ungodly hour early in the morning. Best record it and watch it the following evening (or catch the rerun).

Arr yes BUT the Night Races could well work in our favour :)

Had a subscription to MotoGP last year and I'll renew it this year. I'm with xtra on broadband (obviously) and was able to watch the stream fine. Ran it through my PC onto the TV and the quality was excellent, with no lag in the entire season. Well worth the $100. Only thing to bear in mind is to log into the site well before the MotoGP race, otherwise it is very difficult to log-in. Oh and the design of the site is poo.

You can say that again, I hate that site with passion. Down here I am not so lucky. It is usually a jackpot if I can watch the races without any lag and the player rebuffering the stream every 30 seconds. Has happened on multiple occasions. Then there's the one where you get disconnected from the site on the warmup lap and can't get reconnected for 20 mins!!
Overall its a good package though, being able to watch qualifying and get to watch all the extra videos.
As far as Sky Sport goes. That will cost ya about $60-$80 a month (depending on what channels you get) and you'll be able to watch most of the races live. All of the european races kick off around 10pm Sunday night, so is a bit of a chore if you have work the next morning. It is great for Philip Island, Malaysia and Japan though, racing all sunday afternoon
