Calling all students/homeless in Palmerston North

Howdy all
My partner and I are moving down to Palmerston North shortly, shes studying at Massey Uni (3rd Year). I'm going to try find an Apprenticeship, hopefully with motorcycles.
We have searched high and low for houses to rent and we are running out of time. We were wondering if there was anyone around here, or you knew someone that was looking for a house that can share with us. Rent should be relatively cheap around $100-$120, we arn't looking for a big expensive place, just somewhere to live, preferably with a garage so that we can keep the bikes in it.
Perhaps you, or someone you know wants to move house? Gimmie a PM or post a reply if you know anything. We're not scary, very approachable, and we ride bikes ;)

Mean so we found 3 houses we like, and definately have first dibs on one of them, find out about the other two tomoro, (as we'd prefer one of the other two), but have this one as a backup.

So rent would definately be $120 + expenses, but if you're a couple we'd divide the total rent by 4 so it'd be $180 for two ppl.

Um two of the houses you'd have your own bathroom, one actually has a door from room directly to the bathroom. All of the houses have all double rooms, one house has a room thats huge! They're all real tidy and in good neighbourhoods.

We will know for sure which one we have by tomoro night, but thought we'd update so if anyone was interested they'd have a gud idea what was going on.
