I'm getting a band together and we need some rehearsal space.
I'd like to get going this weekend.
Does anyone have anything we can use in the Wellington region?
Thanks in Advance.

We've got a big garage, but you won't be able to leave your gear.

Fallback plan A :)
If you're sure that is and no worries about leaving gear. My neighbours are a bit anal and I'm sick of the foaming at the mouth thing. Do your neighbours foam at the mouth?

Any KBers got neighbours from hell?
Jim wants to use your lounge between the hours of 1:00am and 6:30am...

Nup, one's a biker, one has three boys, one lot are noisy buggers too and the others we never see, so go for it!

Umm Jim2 ....Nigel (kendog) asked me to ask you if he can play along with his Guitar Hero guitar as well? He's really good and promises not to 'wail' too much.

No worries at all. It is good to maintain your sense of humour while learning to play with a new group of musicians.

Have you tried talking to the guy from Eclips on Jackson St?
Might cost a few $$$ but no chance of getting moved on due to noise complaints.

Admit it. That video was just an excuse for giving us the finger for about 15 seconds!

Haha! That rocked! Even if it was as horrid as first jams always are, we at least hammered out a couple of recognisable tunes and played with several others. Starting to look like a Foo Fighters/Muse/Silverchair/Lynyrd Skynrd/Tea Party covers band. Just need to ad some Morrisette and A Perfect Circle and it'll be nearly perfect.
A very big thank you to the Kendogs. You guys went very much above and beyond the call of duty to give us some space and time.
But seriously folks, anyone have any access to anything at all? Community Halls? Abandoned houses? Anything?

No probs at all!!!
You guys really did sound pretty good, have to say I enjoyed an afternoon of cleaning the house and listening to a live band in my very own garage... especially when they play a whole heap of music that I love!!!
You have your first fan here!!!

There's a thing that passes for a community hall in Breaker Bay. Looooong trek from the hutt though.
